“Ordinary people with extraordinary vision can redeem the soul of America by getting in what I call good trouble, necessary trouble.”

John Robert Lewis.

Allison C. Pierre.

CEO & Reform Strategist.

A former state prosecutor and complex commercial litigator, she is now pairing cutting edge technology with her years of experience to drive for real change.

Allison founded Innovative Prosecution Consulting [IPC] in 2021, pivoting from a successful practitioner to a cutting edge reform advocate.

“I had a vision that my work could make a deep impact in my community. My focus was criminal justice reform, specifically supporting state prosecutors. I’m an African American woman and a former state prosecutor – a rare combination.  I wanted to focus on reform with prosecutors given my unique background.

After reading Michelle Alexander’s ‘The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness’ and viewing Ava DuVernay’s movie, ‘13th’,

I knew prosecutor reform was my calling.”
